Service Description

Fitness Fun is a course where fitness, health, and mindfulness come together to help students grow strong in body and mind This course offers a fun and engaging way to stay active, learn about healthy habits, and develop mental focus through physical activities including tumbling and gymnastics. Students will experience a balanced combination of physical fitness activities, health awareness, and mindfulness techniques. The class helps students become stronger both physically and mentally while learning how to stay healthy, happy, and balanced in all areas of their lives. Throughout the course, students will engage in a variety of fun fitness activities, learn how to take care of their bodies, and explore techniques to manage stress and enhance focus. They will participate in exciting routines, including strength training, cardio, gymnastics, and team sports to improve physical health, coordination, and overall fitness. They will also practice mindfulness through simple breathing exercises and learn how these practices can help manage stress, improve concentration, and cultivate a calm, positive mindset. Additionally, students will explore topics like nutrition, hydration, sleep, and self-care to understand how these habits contribute to a healthy lifestyle. This class provides a unique opportunity for students to build strength and confidence, not just physically, but also mentally. NEW FALL UPDATE: Get ready to jump, run, and play. In this exciting class, kids from Kindergarten to 5th grade will explore the joy of movement through games, challenges, and activities that keep them active, engaged, and smiling. This course will involve fun interactive games, stretches that will improve your child's flexibility and fine motor skills and conditioning activities that will build their strength and endurance. Every week, students will be introduced to one new skill that they will repeat and continue to practice in the following weeks. Some of these skills will include learning how to do a forward roll, backbend and handstand. Each class will begin with a fun game for students to warm up with, a time for stretching and conditioning and focused time to practice the specific skills they will be learning. Throughout this class your child will also learn the importance of cooperation, listening, supporting one another, and working together as a team.
