My Student's Requested Classes

With this NEW Registration option you can bypass Step 5 (creating a cart) if that doesn't appeal to you.

Either option works for enrolling in classes.

Please submit a separate request form for each individual student.

Please do not submit more than one form per student.

If you need to make corrections, please contact us via email at mycurriculumconnections@gmail.com.  Note that these are only requests and that you are not guaranteed a spot until payment is made.

Classes must have a minimum of 5 enrollments to move forward.

If a class does not reach a 5-student minimum the class may be canceled.

If a class is canceled or the class is full your student will be placed into their 'Option B' class.

If you don't want to request a class title for any particular period, simply type "NO CLASS" in that field.
