My Student's Requested Classes

New Registration Option

You may now skip Step 5 and submit a registration request without creating a cart.

Either registration method is acceptable.

Please submit one separate form per student and do not submit duplicate forms.

Please note:

• Registration forms are requests only. A spot is not guaranteed until payment is received.

• Each class requires at least five students and may be canceled if the minimum is not met.

• If your first-choice class is full or canceled, your student will be placed in the selected Option B class.

• Enter “NO CLASS” for any period in which you do not want to request a class.
