Service Description
In this class, students will discover the fun of bringing their ideas to life through drawing! We'll start by learning how to draw what we see through observation and a variety of drawing exercises. Some of which include quick gesture sketches and contour drawing. We'll balance these foundational skills with creative projects that encourage students to use their imagination and create original compositions. Along the way, they'll learn what makes a good illustration by exploring how artists use storytelling, composition, and other visual elements to bring ideas to life. By the end of the class, each student will create a finished illustration inspired by a favorite story or one from their own imagination, bringing together everything they've learned to create a piece that's uniquely their own.

Cancellation Policy
All payments and/or vouchers are due by the first class of the semester. If you need to make special payment arrangements an email request must be sent before the first class and is not considered approved until a confirmation email is sent back. If you need to cancel your enrollment and don't plan on attending any classes during the semester, your $20 registration fee will be reimbursed up to 1-week before the first day of the semester. All unused class fees will be reimbursed up to 24 hours before the first day of the semester, minus the non-returnable portion of your class fees that went toward class materials for your student. If a child needs to drop a class after the semester has begun, we can prorate their class fees up til the end of the third week. No class fees will be returned or prorated after the end of the 3rd week. If you're joining the class late, prorated policies are determined on a case-by-case basis, by each instructor.
