Welcome to a class where creativity meets practical skill! In this engaging journey through hand sewing, students will not only learn essential techniques but also discover the joy of self-satisfaction and the empowerment of self-reliance. Join me to learn a skill over 20,000 years old that is currently used globally today! Prerequisites: None. This class welcomes students of all skill levels, whether they are beginners or have some prior experience in sewing. Materials: Basic sewing supplies will be provided. Students are encouraged to bring their own fabric and notions to personalize their projects further. Join us for a rewarding journey where students discover the delight of creating, problem-solving, and achieving self-satisfaction through the art of hand sewing. In this revamped class students will also discover the intricate world of quilting. This course combines the creativity of fabric arts with the precision of mathematical concepts. Join us for a journey that stitches together the beauty of art and the logic of mathematics, creating unique quilted masterpieces that reflect both creative and analytical skills. Students will get to use sewing machines in this class. Let's sew something wonderful together!

Cancellation Policy
All payments and/or vouchers are due by the first class of the semester. If you need to make special payment arrangements an email request must be sent before the first class and is not considered approved until a confirmation email is sent back. If you need to cancel your enrollment and don't plan on attending any classes during the semester, your $20 registration fee will be reimbursed up to 1-week before the first day of the semester. All unused class fees will be reimbursed up to 24 hours before the first day of the semester, minus the non-returnable portion of your class fees that went toward class materials for your student. If a child needs to drop a class after the semester has begun, we can prorate their class fees up til the end of the third week. No class fees will be returned or prorated after the end of the 3rd week. If you're joining the class late, prorated policies are determined on a case-by-case basis, by each instructor.
